I have a $9.99 Copilot plan. I can not upload anything at all. Even when I change threads, copilot tells me that I've reached my daily maximum. I'm not supposed to have a maximum.

If this is not fixed by tomorrow, how do I ask for my money back????

To request a refund for the Copilot Pro (paid) subscription, cancel the subscription first, then follow the refund flow shown in the account portal.

    1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the same Microsoft account used to buy Copilot Pro.
    2. Find the Copilot Pro subscription and select Manage.
    3. On the next page, select Cancel.
    4. Follow the on-screen steps. If the subscription is within the eligible refund window, the flow will offer a refund option.
      • In most countries/regions, a prorated refund is available if cancellation happens within 14 days of the initial purchase.
      • In certain countries/regions (such as Canada, France, Korea, etc.), a prorated refund is available any time; see the regional list in the refund policy.
    5. If the subscription was purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store, contact their support instead to request cancellation and refund.

If Manage is not shown and only Turn on recurring billing appears, the subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and will not renew; in that case, it can be used until expiry but will not be refunded via Microsoft’s flow.

For help beyond the self-service steps, contact Microsoft Support via the “Contact Support” options in the refund article.
