    Hello Jeff Landriault, thanks for posting this in the community.

    Have you checked your Services & Subscriptions page to confirm that your Visio license is active? You can also try downloading and installing it directly from that page to make sure you are using the correct installer linked to your account. Let me know if the issue continues after trying this.
