Our tenant was targeted by malicious actors and our resulting invoice was sky-high. We submitted a support ticket with billing but they said that a thorough investigation would have to be conducted my the Entra team before our invoice amount could be adjusted. I cannot find a way to submit a ticket with the Entra team directly as it redirects me here when I try.
