How do I set up recovery media

Nothing came with this computer

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, running system is needed to create recovery media.

    However, you may us installation media created at another PC as described at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11

    Then try methods listed at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/client-management/advanced-troubleshooting-boot-problems

    Tell the result please.
