Unsure of what I'm being charged$10.96 a month for.I know I was paying $10.96 for Microsoft word or some program for writing or viewing documents. When I look at my account I don't see any subscriptions.I don't know if I have more than one account but I can only log into the one.I recently bought a new computer and I'm unable to write or edit documents.I would have thought my subscription would cover my new computer.

This is what shows up on my bank statement Microsoft*Micr

                                                                          OS 5818 $10.96

                                                                          Redmond WA

I tried to transfer it to my new computer but I don't show that I have any subscriptionsI deleted my old computer of my Microsoft account so the only one that shows is my new one.

I'd appreciate any help on this I've tried everything I can think of.

Thank you

Ken Cooper

    Hi,

Since you are being charged $10.96 every month, it is likely that you are subscribed to a Microsoft 365 subscription that renews automatically each month.

However, if you cannot see the subscription when signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/services it is possible that it is tied to a different Microsoft account.

To investigate the charge, please follow this guide from Microsoft: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93

    • When you sign in to Services & Subscriptions, do you see any active or expired subscriptions listed?
    • Have you ever used another email address (Outlook, Hotmail, Gmail, work, or school) to purchase Microsoft products before?
