how do I change google chrome screen to the way i want it, with the widgets I use most often

My google chrome screen has changed, it has walmart, amazon and add short cut on it. I don't want that there. I need to change the screen back to the way it was with the widgets that I most often use.

In Windows 11, the widgets that show weather, news, stocks, etc. are part of the Windows Widgets board, not Google Chrome. The Walmart/Amazon tiles and “Add shortcut” area are part of Chrome’s New Tab page, which is controlled inside Chrome itself.

To focus on the widgets used most often in Windows 11 and reduce unwanted content:

1. Open the Windows Widgets board
   • Select the Widgets button on the taskbar, or
   • Press Windows key + W, or
   • Swipe from the side of the screen (if using touch and the taskbar is centered).
2. Remove or hide widgets that are not needed
   • On the Widgets board, for any widget that is not useful, select the More options button (three dots) in the upper corner of that widget.
   • To stop it appearing on the board but still allow it to reappear when relevant, select Unpin widget.
   • To completely remove it from the Widgets board, select Hide this widget.
3. Pin and arrange the widgets used most often
   • On the Widgets board, use the Settings or Widgets gallery options (via the settings button or “+”/Add widgets area) to discover and pin widgets that are used frequently (Weather, News, Stocks, Photos, etc.).
   • To move a widget, select its header and drag it to the desired position in the pinned section.
   • To resize a widget, select the More options button on that widget and choose Small, Medium, or Large (options vary by widget).
4. Adjust language, region, and feed behavior
   • Open the Widgets board.
   • Select the user account button.
   • From Language and content, choose the preferred language so the content matches the region.
   • To hide the news feed if it is distracting, select the Settings button on the Widgets board, then Show or hide feeds, and set Feed to Off.
5. Show or hide the Widgets button on the taskbar
   • Right-click the taskbar and select Taskbar settings.
   • Under Taskbar items, toggle Widgets On to use them, or Off if not needed.

These steps restore a Widgets board focused on the most-used widgets, independent of what appears on Chrome’s New Tab page.
