Why On Demand Agentic Registry is unable for non Copilot+ PCs?

odr.exe missing Is message facing in my non Copilot+ PC, why? whats is the reason? I had an 8 GB VRAM Graphic Card.

    Before we proceed, may I know what function of Copilot you are trying to reach before encountering this? Also, may I know your current Windows version and edition? You can check it by typing "Winver" in the search bar and press Enter.

    As I checked, odr.exe (On-device registry) is a built in System component. However, it is only available in the Insider Build of Windows and not yet released to the public version. I hope this clarifies.
