I can't log in. I want to know my license ID.

I am unable to log in even though I try to log in with [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]@hyogoclay.co.jp. The contract number is [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]. I would like to know the license ID for Office 2021. Please tell me the license ID for both Excel and Access.

    I can see that you are unable to sign in to your Microsoft account

    What trouble did you encounter that stop you from signing in to your account with your email? Did you lose access to it or forget the password?

    Have you try using recovering form to recover your account? You can refer to this site for how to recover your account:

    Because this is just a Community Forum so we can't tell you what your license ID is, you will need to regain access your account first to be able to log in and view your license.
