Hi, I'm Bernard, a fellow Windows user. I'm happy to help!

To get the invoice, kindly follow the steps below:

    Go to: https://account.microsoft.com/services

    Select your Microsoft 365 subscription

Then look for View invoice or View receipt

Receipts for Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft subscriptions or purchases are obtained from the Microsoft account that was billed. For a business account, use the admin or billing account that owns the subscription and download the invoices for the dates and amounts needed.

For Microsoft Store or subscription charges on specific dates/amounts (like the two August 16, 2025 internet-category charges on card 6172):

    1. Go to your Microsoft account’s order history: sign in to Order history with the same Microsoft account that was charged.
    2. Adjust the Ordered within date filter so it includes August 16, 2025.
    3. Find each matching order (check date and amount: $158.09 and $137.01).
    4. Select Order detail for each order.
    5. Select Tax invoice (or similar invoice/receipt option) to download or view the receipt. In regions where VAT or tax invoices are supported, this will include the tax breakdown and registration details.

    Notes:

    • Tax invoices are not available in real time and can take from 48 hours up to 5 days after purchase to appear, but older invoices remain downloadable once generated, so past 2025 invoices should still be available.
    • If multiple Microsoft accounts exist in the business, ensure sign-in with the one that actually owns the subscription or was used at checkout; otherwise the orders will not appear.
    • If invoices cannot be downloaded or the orders are missing, create a billing/support request from the Microsoft 365 admin center or use the Microsoft Support contact page to have the billing team review the account and provide the needed documents.

For Clipchamp or other subscriptions billed through a Microsoft account:

    1. Go to the Microsoft account services & subscriptions page.
    2. Locate the relevant subscription.
    3. Select Manage next to the subscription, then Billing history or Payment & billing → Order history.
    4. From there, open the matching orders and download the receipts/invoices for the required dates.

If invoices still cannot be obtained via the web pages, submit a support request from the admin center or via the Microsoft Support contact page and specify the exact dates, amounts, and last four digits of the card so the billing team can locate and resend the receipts.
