EMAILS DO NOT WORK

I have not had any working email in MONTHS!!!! even the live chat box doesn't work. I cannot send or receive emails!!!!!!! i have a standard business 365 account for over a year and no emails!!! it is set to expire next week and i will allow it to not renew if these emails are not FIXED!!!!!!

    For better understanding your situation, could you please provide more detail information so I can support effectively:

    Are you still able to use other Microsoft apps such as Word, Excel, etc.?

    When you say you cannot send or receive emails, does this issue occur specifically in Outlook? Also, which version of Outlook are you using (New Outlook or Classic Outlook)?

    Are you a standard user or a Global Administrator in your organization?

    Does this issue occur only for your account, or have you checked whether other users are experiencing the same problem?
