Hi! Let me help you with this issue.

Have you tried a hard reset?

    Shut down the laptop completely

Click Start → Power → Shut down

Make sure it’s fully off (no lights, no fan)

    Unplug everything

    Remove the charger

Disconnect USB devices, mouse, keyboard, headset, HDMI, etc.

    Drain residual power

Press and hold the Power button for 20–30 seconds

    Don’t release it early

    Reconnect power

Plug only the charger back in (nothing else)

    Turn the laptop on

    Press the Power button normally

Use built-in options to make the pointer easier to see and quickly locate it:

    1. Turn on the CTRL-key locator
      1. Select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Mouse (or Devices > Mouse, depending on Windows version).
      2. Under Related settings, select Additional mouse settings.
      3. In Mouse Properties, open the Pointer Options tab.
      4. Under Visibility, check Show location of pointer when I press the CTRL key.
      5. Select OK.
      6. Press the CTRL key to have Windows circle the pointer’s location.
    2. Make the pointer larger and higher contrast
      1. Select Start > Settings > Accessibility (or Ease of Access) > Mouse pointer.
      2. Under Mouse pointer style, choose a color that contrasts with the background.
      3. Use the Size slider to make the pointer larger.
      4. Optionally enable pointer trails via Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Mouse > Additional mouse settings > Pointer Options > Display pointer trails.

These settings help locate the cursor even when it is hard to see or appears to be missing.
