My laptop had many problems and I had a Lenovo technician reboot Windows 11. In the process all my data was lost. I purchased 365 Premium on 15 February 2026 and it does not appear in my Microsoft account subscriptions. How can I access all my subscriptions in my account?

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

It’s possible you used a different Microsoft account for the purchase, and the license is registered to that account?

Please open a new InPrivate/Incognito browser window and sign in with each Microsoft account you remember on this page:

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

Check which account the subscription is linked to. Once you find it, you can download and install Microsoft 365 on your Windows device again using that same account.

    *-

If you are having difficulty finding the subscription, find your username using the alternate recovery information.

    Forgotten your Microsoft account username

You can see the partial email address linked to your recovery information. Try to recall that account and check if the license is associated with it.

Let me know if you still need more help.

To see and access all Microsoft 365 subscriptions associated with an account, first confirm which type of subscription it is and then check the correct portal.

    1. Confirm the correct account
    • If the subscription is Microsoft 365 for home (such as Personal, Family, or Basic), it is tied to the Microsoft account email used when it was bought or activated.
    • If it is Microsoft 365 for business, it is usually tied to a work or school account provided by an organization.
    • If unsure which account is associated, use the guidance in “I forgot the account I use with Microsoft 365” to distinguish between home and business products and recover the correct sign-in identity.
    1. Check Microsoft 365 for home subscriptions
    • Go to the Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services
    • Sign in with the Microsoft account email and password that should have the subscription.
    • On the list of services, look for any Microsoft 365 subscription and verify:
      • The product name (for example, Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, or Basic).
      • The status and expiration/renewal date.
    • If the subscription was purchased through a third-party retailer, selecting Manage may redirect to that retailer’s site, where subscription details and billing are managed.
    1. Check Microsoft 365 for business subscriptions (if applicable)
    • If the subscription is a business product (for example, Microsoft 365 Apps for business, Microsoft 365 Business Standard, or an Enterprise plan), it is managed in the Microsoft 365 admin center by an admin.
    • A global or billing admin can:
      1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=2024339
      2. In Simplified view, select Subscriptions, or in Dashboard view, go to Billing > Your products.
      3. Review the list of subscriptions, including product names, assigned licenses, total licenses, and status.
    1. If the subscription does not appear
    • Verify that the correct Microsoft account is being used. Many users have multiple accounts (personal, work, school) and the subscription may be under a different one.
    • If the subscription was bought from a third-party retailer and does not show under Services & subscriptions, check the retailer’s account or purchase history.
    • If the subscription still cannot be found after checking all possible accounts, contact Microsoft Support using the support options included with a Microsoft 365 subscription.
    1. Reinstall Office apps after Windows reset
    • Once the correct subscription is visible and active under Services & subscriptions, use the same account to sign in on the device and install or activate the Office apps.
