Microsoft Store Developer Access as a Microsoft Partner for Windows Apps

Question

I am trying to publish a Maui Blazor Hybrid App for Windows on the Microsoft Store and am having issues with setting up the store.

It is giving me the error of:
"**We ran into an issue while starting enrollment. If you're signed in with a work account linked to an organization, note that it isn't supported. Please sign in again with a personal Microsoft account (Outlook or Live)."

**But when I check online and documentation it seems to say I should be able to add an account to the Partner Account for a Microsoft Store Account, but then when registering it gives me that error straight away.

I can register another email address, but I would prefer to use the Partner Account if possible,
