Onedrive cant send invitation link

Hello

I want a help . I work in IT Department.

I have a user who has encountered this:

When using direct sharing from a onedrive, the invitation link cannot be sent. Access is granted to the user however.

I tried sign in in the incognito browser and other pc.

i contacted with the admin and in the message trace it wasn't show it

Does anyone know why this invitation link is not working?

Copy link works fine.

Was this user just created today?

When you said it didn't send, can you describe the behavior, for example, any error message, any bounce back email, etc?

Also, how exactly did the user share, right click on the file in OneDrive app, or via www.onedrive.com, then use share, and put in email address??

Does it matter what email address this user put in? Please provide as much info as you can to help narrow down the issue. Thanks!

The user isn't created today,

Has email ******@enerwave.gr

Uses only OneDrive web not app. The user use the email ******@enerwave.gr from company but is in the partnership company with pc of partner company. The company and a partner company has site-to-site vpn.

The user open the share window that attached below .

Added the recipient from internal company xxxx**@enerwave.gr** ,

Link Setting -> the Link works for People you choose

click the send button.

It wasn't showed something an error message.

The user told me that she could send before 3 weeks.

Curious, does it make any difference if this staff do it on a different computer, or via incognito mode?
