To Microsoft Support Team:
I am the Global Administrator and sole owner of the Microsoft 365 business tenant: alecbartlett@avbcreativeonmicrosoft.com.
I am currently locked out of this account due to an MFA/Authenticator loop. I have attempted to resolve this through standard support channels since October 2025 without success. I am not able to log in to access my subscription settings because my Authenticator app is not registered, and I am not offered any alternative recovery methods (SMS/Email).
I am requesting the following two actions:
- Immediate Billing Cancellation: I do not use this service and I need all recurring charges stopped immediately.
- Account Access or Permanent Deletion: If you cannot verify my identity to reset my MFA, I authorise the immediate and permanent deletion of this tenant to cease all billing.
