Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi @KCS Admin,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. I understand what you’re trying to look up, and I wish I could pull those audit details for you right away. Unfortunately, forum moderators don’t have the tools or permissions to access tenant data, view license assignment logs, or retrieve historical audit information. For privacy and security reasons, only Microsoft Support is able to investigate tenant‑specific licensing events like this.
To get the quickest and most accurate assistance, please submit a support ticket through the Microsoft 365 admin center by following the guidance here: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn (If you’re not an admin yourself, please contact your administrator and ask them to open the request on your behalf.)
Tips: You can switch off the Support Assistant as shown in the screenshot, then type a few short characters into the search box and select Get Help. After that, wait for the Contact Support button to appear and click it. When you reach the contact‑method step, I recommend choosing Email, as it tends to be a more consistent and effective option in my experience. At the final step, be sure to clearly describe your request in the description fields so the support engineers can quickly understand your issue/question and assist you more effectively.
Once the ticket is opened, a Microsoft Support engineer will work with you directly and can review your tenant’s audit logs to provide the timestamps for when the Business Premium license was removed and reassigned.
Thank you for understanding.
