asking for help to get an important email

I haven't got an important email from my professional authority. I asked for the email 5 times today, the Authority in the Centre can see that the important email is sent out (5times today) By them but I haven't get any of the 5 emails.

    Hello

    Can you tell me the sender's email domain, for example, @business.com?

    In addition, make sure you check: www.outlook.com > Gear icon (Settings) >

    Rules - make sure nothing is there .

    Jun k - Mak sure it is set to standard, and sender is not in block list. Box for containing attachment, pictures, link is not checked.
