Unable to request ACS email quota increase using Developer support plan

Hello,

we have an Azure subscription with a Developer support plan. I was able to request ACS email quota increase to one of the hosted subscriptions via submitting a direct support ticket from Azure portal 85 days ago. Today I was trying to do the same but the create support ticket button doesn't show anymore. Can someone help me figure this out? did something change in support levels since last time I used it? how can I request this quota increase now?

Thank you

Please follow the below steps to create support request in Azure Portal.
