I checked the daily set and realized that microsoft reward didn't record my tasks, therefore I'm losing my protection days to keep my streak. This issue has remained for 2 days. I have requested support and are waiting for responses.

I need my daily set completed and my protection days restored as soon as possible.

Have anyone experienced the same issue ?

The screenshots show that the three activities in the Daily Set are marked as “Completed,” but the Daily Set Streak counter still shows Activity: 0/3 and is consuming Streak protection days.

From the available information, the only supported actions are:

    1. Verify that Streak protection is turned on in the Rewards dashboard. On desktop, sign in at the Rewards dashboard and ensure the toggle next to Streak protection is On. On mobile, the toggle is further down the page next to Daily set.
    2. Confirm that the Daily Set is being completed on the correct account and within the correct local day for the device’s time zone. Streaks are based on the device time zone; using a VPN or a different time zone can cause the system not to recognize the streak and can also affect how protection days are used.
    3. Since the Daily Set is not being recorded correctly and protection days are being consumed, continue working with Microsoft Rewards Support. Only the Rewards Support team can investigate the account, correct streak recognition issues, and restore streak protection days if applicable. Use the dedicated Rewards Support form at Rewards Support to provide screenshots and details of the affected dates.

If the self‑service FAQs do not resolve the issue, contacting Rewards Support directly is the documented escalation path for Microsoft Rewards account problems, including streak and protection‑day issues.
