How to get refund ?

My account was hacked and two purchases were made. I got my account back and reported that I didn't make the purchases. Unfortunately, my refund request was rejected. How can I get a refund in this situation?

    If your request was rejected, you can contact Microsoft Account & Billing Support to see whether they can assist with a refund for the unauthorized purchases made on your account.

    Go to this page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact

    Type Talk to an agent then click Get Help.

    At the bottom of the page click Contact Support. Sign in to your Microsoft account if needed. If you face the same issue with the affected account use a different account to contact Microsoft Support.

    Select Other Products then Billing and Account Profile questions then Confirm.

    Click Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
