Open Word.
At the top right, log out of Office.
Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, and check if your subscription is correctly recognised.

If not, log into your Microsoft account on this link, do you see your Microsoft 365 subscription listed there, and if so, is the expiry date listed correctly for your recent payment?
