To change the email and credit card used to pay for a Microsoft 365 home subscription, first update the payment method on the Microsoft account, then make sure the subscription uses that updated method.

1. Go to the Microsoft account Payment options page: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments and sign in with the account currently paying for the subscription.
2. To update the existing card details (name, billing address, expiration date, CVV):
   • Find the payment method to change.
   • Select View or edit card.
   • Enter the updated information and select Save.
3. If instead a different card or bank account is needed:
   • On the same Payment options page, select Add a new payment method.
   • Enter the new card or bank details and save.
4. If the subscription is billed through Microsoft 365/Clipchamp and billing details (name, email, address) must be changed:
   • Go to the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services.
   • Open the subscription and use the Manage or Manage subscription link.
   • From there, update the payment method and billing information as needed.

If the country/region of the payment method must change, first change the Microsoft account region under Your info → Edit profile info, then add the new payment method for that country, and finally associate it with the subscription.
