    Thank you for the information.

In this case, unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done.

Moving forward, please check these links on how to secure your account in order to prevent hacking incidents: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-help-keep-your-microsoft-account-secure-628538c2-7006-33bb-5ef4-c917657362b9

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Based on your description, the hacker was able to remove the account's primary email address/security info and replace it with their own email address, which is why your account appears to be deleted when signing in.

The only way to recover a hacked account is through the official Microsoft troubleshooter guide:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-recover-a-hacked-or-compromised-microsoft-account-24ca907d-bcdf-a44b-4656-47f0cd89c245

If the account recovery web form doesn't work, and since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

However, I would recommend reaching out to Minecraft Support regarding your Minecraft account if they can provide an alternative option:

    https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new?ticket_form_id=360001225811

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

    Hello Cristiann,

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I’m sorry to hear that you lost access to your Microsoft account while you were playing Minecraft. I understand how concerning this must be, especially after receiving a notification that your password was changed and seeing a different email address associated with the account.

Based on the situation you described, it is possible that someone gained unauthorized access to your account and changed the security information or primary alias. When the primary alias (sign-in email) is changed and the original email address is removed, your previous Gmail address will no longer work as a login. This can make it appear as if the account was deleted, even though the Microsoft account itself may still exist under a different email address.

In this situation, the best step is to attempt to recover the account using Microsoft’s account recovery process

    Account recovery steps

    1. Go to the Microsoft account recovery page.
    2. Enter the email address that was originally associated with the account (your Gmail address).
    3. Complete the recovery form and provide as much information as possible about the account.
    4. If you are able to identify the new email address that was added to the account, you can also try submitting the recovery form using that address.

Providing details such as previous passwords, the services used on the account (for example Minecraft), and any purchase or billing information can help Microsoft verify ownership of the account.

I hope this helps clarify the system's limitations and points you in the best direction to recover your account. Please feel free to reach back out if you need further assistance!
