I purchased a upgrade Window 11 pro but could not upgrade

I purchased a window11 Pro upgrade today but I could not upgrade the PC. Therefore I am sending the computer back and buying another computer which has Window11 pro already installed. Therefore, I want to cancel the purchase of Window11 pro. Thank you
