Old Question (2021) is not locked

From Nov 2021. But it is not locked and a user is adding to it.

Is there a reason this old question is still unlocked?

Unfortunately we do not have an auto-lock for old threads.
I've locked that thread now.
Thanks for advising the new poster to create his own thread.
