How do i recover my xbox account without an email?

i was looking on how to recover my account without an email as when i first got the account with my mums phone number it was an obscure email because someone else also has the same phone number. i verified the same phone number on this account and now it wont let me sign back in and it gives me an error code and when i try to search up about ways to recover my account without an email it gives me the same thing that doesnt work because it requires the email even though one of your employees said it wont and that there is an option to click "i dont have any of these" but it straight up doesnt exist please help!

i had to do extensive research to find my account because microslop does not want anyone to have a good easy time, if you want your account back use wayback machine so that you can find records of your email of when you sign into the xbox.com or microsoft websites on the wayback machine. you do have to spoof it so that it doesnt give you an error page i dont know how i did it but all i know is i just did.
