Transcriptions are saved to outlook one drive but I can't get to them

Transcriptions created with Word’s Transcribe feature are stored as audio files in a specific OneDrive folder, not directly in Outlook.

To locate them:

1. Open OneDrive (the same account used for Outlook/Word and Transcribe).
2. In OneDrive, go to the folder named Transcribed Files.
3. The original audio files for the transcriptions are stored there.

The transcript text itself is associated with the Word document where Transcribe was used. To see or reuse the transcript:

1. Open the Word document that was used when the audio was transcribed (Word for the web or desktop, depending on where it was created).
2. Go to Home > Dictate > Transcribe to open the Transcribe pane.
3. The transcript linked to that document will appear in the pane, where it can be played back, edited, or inserted into the document.

If the document was closed and reopened, the transcript remains attached to that document until a New transcription is created for it.
