    Hi EDWARD KELLEHER

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum

Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

An unexpected “Microsoft 365/Office subscription” invoice or order confirmation like this is usually a phishing/invoice scam. Don’t click links, open attachments, or call any phone numbers in the email. Report it as phishing in Outlook/Outlook.com (Report > Report phishing).

Make sure to also double check to see if you have any subscriptions going on around

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, are not allowed to directly interfere with Microsoft product features or access back-end systems.
