Hello I'm having an issue accessing the portal. I'm finally ready to use my azure credit and it's giving me the following error. I believe because it has not be used yet it went inactive. Finally ready to deploy. any help?

Your azure credit starts as soon as you activate the offer. It may have expired already even if you did not create and services. Typically you would need to create a pay as go plan to deploy. There are a limited number of free tier services.
