Open an incognito tab on any web browser and sign in with your Microsoft account here-

(Copy and paste the link above and sign in with your account)
Expand "Microsoft Storage" and "E-mail Storage section".
**Without an Office 365 Subscription, you get 5GB of OneDrive Cloud Storage and 15GB of Outlook E-mail Storage.
If you exceed the limits, you will not be able to send or receive emails online.
If you have exceeded the storage limits, you can either upgrade your Cloud Storage or free up space so you can send or receive emails normally.
- If your Storage is not full, check that you have signed in with the correct account, and the email you received is from the official Microsoft Support.
