To start using a paid Microsoft Store app like PDF X, the purchase must be associated with the same Microsoft account that is signed in on Windows and in Microsoft Store, and the app must be installed while signed in with that account.
Follow these steps:
If the app still sends back to the purchase page even though the correct account is signed in, verify that the purchase is actually tied to that account by checking the order history/services for that Outlook account in a browser. If the license does not appear there, the app will not activate and support from Microsoft Store or the app publisher is required.
