How to recover Microsoft store and xbox app?

So I was playing Mount and Blade Bannerlord 2 then I get off for two hours and all my saves were gone, Saving games anew failed. Then after research I was directed to the microsoft store as the peoblem which would freeze and become unremovable after starting. Basically the window was always open but I couldnt interact with it. Then I deinstalled both my store and app after resetting didnt fix the problem. Installing them again was also not posssible at least through the online installer. The store would show "verfying system requirements" for hours similarly the xbox app installation just stops after around 12 percent. But I can still play the games I have on xbox app.

Please help get my store and xbox app back.

So I actually fixed the issue. I am on windows 10. First I rebooted the pc and got both apps back. Afterwards I repaired them through the settings and lastly I fixed files with the sdc/scannow command. Now I got both back and the store is working again.
