My Name Initiials not present in the Microsoft Account

My Name as it appears in Adhaar Card (Governement ID) is P X Jose Thomas. However in my Company My Name is not containing the initials P X. please note that both are same.

1. If this is a personal Microsoft account

• Sign in to Your info for the Microsoft account and edit the display name to include the initials exactly as on the ID (for example, P X Jose Thomas).
• Steps:
  1. Go to Your info in the Microsoft account and sign in.
  2. Select Edit name.
  3. Enter the full name with initials as desired.
  4. Complete the Captcha and select Save.
• It can take up to 24 hours for the updated name to appear everywhere.

2. If this is a work or school (organization) account

• Some or all profile fields (name, title, etc.) are controlled by the organization’s directory/HR systems and cannot be changed directly by the user.
