Cannot enroll in Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program - stuck in sign-in loop

I need to enroll in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program to get a Partner One ID for publisher verification of my app 'Orivio' (publisher domain: orivio.ai). The enrollment page at partner.microsoft.com redirects to a program

selector where the MCPP option is under 'Other areas' and requires clicking 'Sign in again using your work account'. Clicking it causes a sign-out/sign-in loop. my account tis verfired. as orivio.ai as a verified primary custom domain in Entra ID. Tried multiple browsers, incognito mode, clearing cache. This is a known issue reported by many users. Please help complete my enrollment or manually assign a Partner ID.
