    Hi @Hitesh Kumar,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Regarding that you can't log in to your account due to Microsoft Authenticator is. I’d like to ask a quick questions to better understand your situation and assist you effectively:

Could you please clarify whether you are an end user or an admin?

If you are an end user I would recommend you contact your account's Admin to reset your MFA settings through the Microsoft Entra Admin Center. Ask your administrator to follow these steps:

Revoke MFA sessions and require re-register in the Microsoft Entra admin center

User's image You could provide your admin this article for a better view: Manage authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication - Microsoft Entra ID |…

If you’re unsure who the Global Admin is within your organization, you can find guidance on locating them here: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support.

Try these steps in order for a work (Microsoft 365/Exchange) account on Outlook for Android:

    1. Confirm the account and password
      • On the phone browser, go to your organization’s Outlook Web Access/OWA or Microsoft 365 portal and sign in with the same work email and password.
      • If sign-in fails there, the issue is with the account or password. Use your organization’s self-service password reset page if available, or contact the IT admin to reset the password.
    2. Check if the account is blocked from Outlook mobile
      • Some organizations block specific accounts or device types from using Outlook for Android.
      • If Outlook mobile sign-in fails but OWA works, contact the IT admin and ask them to verify that the account is allowed to use Outlook mobile and not blocked by any mobile access or security policy.
    3. Make sure credentials and server details are correct
      • When adding the account in Outlook for Android, carefully re-enter:
        • Work email address (or UPN if different from email, for example ******@contoso.com).
        • Password.
      • If prompted for advanced settings, enter the Mail Server address, Email, Password, and Domain exactly as provided by the organization. If unsure, ask the mail/server administrator for the correct server name and domain.
    4. Update or reinstall Outlook mobile
      • Ensure the latest version of Outlook for Android is installed from the app store.
      • If the app crashes or hangs while “processing,” clear the app data or uninstall and reinstall Outlook, then try adding the account again.
    5. If it still fails
      • For work or school accounts that use Microsoft 365 or Exchange, the next step is to contact the Microsoft 365 admin or technical support in the organization. Provide them with the exact error (“sorry we ran into a problem please try again later”) and confirm that:
        • The account is active.
        • Mobile device access is allowed.
        • Any conditional access/MFA policies are correctly configured for this device.
