- Go to the Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services (or for Microsoft 365 specifically: https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365) and sign in with the same Microsoft account that was used to purchase the subscription.
- Locate the subscription that was paid with the linked card and select Manage.

- If the subscription was purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store instead of directly from Microsoft, contact their support to request cancellation/refund, as those stores handle billing themselves.
- If the charge is not recognized or the account that made the purchase is unclear, use the Manage your payments page from the same Microsoft account to investigate the charge and confirm what subscription it belongs to.
- If self-service steps do not resolve it or the charge appears fraudulent (for example, made without consent), contact Microsoft Support via the Contact Microsoft Support link in the refund article and provide details of the charge so they can review refund options.
If the subscription and country/region qualify for prorated refunds (for example, certain Microsoft 365 or Copilot Pro subscriptions in listed countries), cancelling within the applicable window may result in an automatic prorated refund after cancellation.
