Transfer Microsoft certification

Hi,

I have 2 Microsoft accounts mentioned below 2 Contributor IDs. Please transfer Certificate data from Contributor ID 9D3D1BF4E4F84DDA to my primary contributor ID 14DF48A678E5E104.

Certification and Learn profiles cannot be directly merged, but certification and training history can be moved between profiles by using a work/school Learn profile as a bridge.

To consolidate certifications from one profile into another, follow this process:

1. Sign in to the Learn profile associated with the destination account (the one that should end up with all certifications).
2. In Settings → Login account management → Linked accounts, add the Learn profile that currently holds the certifications to be moved. Wait until the green confirmation banner appears indicating the transfer is complete.
3. After the transfer completes, in the same Linked accounts area, remove the profile that was just added. The link between accounts is removed, but the transferred certifications and training progress remain on the destination profile.
4. If there is a second personal profile involved, repeat the same pattern using a work/school Learn profile as a temporary bridge: link source → wait for transfer → unlink → link to final destination profile → wait for transfer → unlink.

If there is no access to a work/school Learn profile to use as a bridge, the transfer between personal profiles cannot be completed. In that case, continue using the profile that already contains the certifications for future exams, or use the preferred profile for new certifications and manage progress across both profiles.

For issues where certifications are missing or incorrect, or if the above steps are not possible, open a support request with Microsoft Credentials Support so the Learn/Cert team can review and adjust certification records as needed.
