I can not receive or send email because One drive is full. My one drive is full over 5GB but my email is only 2.6GB out of 15GB yet I cannot use my email. Why is it using my One drive quota for my email?

What happens to the e-mails that were not received!?! I had this exact problem. I supposedly have 15gig storage, but was considered over storage with around 8gig due to this odd new change. I removed enough files to be under again, but the missing e-mails that failed to be received are still nowhere to be found. WHERE ARE MY MISSING E-MAILS?

What a scam. I will be switching emails. Used hotmail for the last 20 years no problems. Now they just want your money to buy more storage. See ya.

It it absolutely outrages that you don't even know who has sent you an email. Could be invoices too! And even email WITHOUT any attachments are being blocked. I tried to contact Microsoft about this but failed. How can we properly address this to them?

This is absolutely outrageous. Who ever greenlighted this change should be fired. Next System is definitely going to be running on MacOS or Linux.

I am going through the same issue !! Says I have 15 Gb for email storage (which is more than 50% free) and 5 Gb for Onedrive, the latter which is full. Seems like having no more space on Onedrive completely BLOCKED incoming emails.. realised this after 3 days. Now that space on Onedrive is ok... i still havent received the emails of the last few days... theyre just lost... absolutely mind boggingly stupid.

Microsoft should do better, this is unacceptable
