Why can't I remove a device from my MS business account when I am logged in as the admin?

I am logged in as the admin and am the only user on the account and am unable to remove any of the devices.

Hello,

You cannot remove it from the account (myaccount.microsoft.com) level. You need to log in as admin via Intune to remove it.

Use this link https://intune.microsoft.com/#view/Microsoft_AAD_UsersAndTenants/UserManagementMenuBlade/~/AllUsers

Click into your user. Then click on Devices. Then on the next page you should be able to find the device, check the box and use delete option.
