First of all, I have had Microsoft, which is now Microsoft 365 for 20+ years. I live in a building where they upgraded the common Internet via AT&T and now my printer won’t work and I went to test a Microsoft document on the printer and it said I am not connected to Microsoft. What I would like to do is to have the Microsoft work and then on Monday I should be able to get Brother to fix my printer so that it will work with my Mac mini computer. One of the huge problem is that I ended up having an account with Microsoft and an account with Go Daddy. I was paying both of them and somehow Go Daddy managed to take charge and move forward with their building and their system. One person that Go Daddy told me that I needed to contact Microsoft because that’s the account that I was actually supposed to use. Of course it was impossible to get two Microsoft and somehow Go Daddy disconnected their Microsoft account for me and the Microsoft account through Microsoft worked fine. I haven’t used Microsoft for several months and now apparently a Parn not having anything to do with Microsoft neither Microsoft nor Go Daddy will work, therefore what I need is to speak with someone, even if I have to pay them, to unscramble the bowl of spaghetti that I am living with. Can you actually point me to someone who can do that? I have had several email accounts on my Microsoft email account for years so I assume that I have Microsoft business 365. Thank you.

Please look up the appropriate support hotline for your region and call Microsoft’s frontline support. After that, request them to create a ticket for you through the following link:

In this case, Microsoft’s Data Protection Team is the only team with the specialized tools and procedures necessary to verify your identity and securely restore access to the administrator account.

Please note that moderators on the forum do not have the authority to directly intervene in user accounts, especially for issues related to:

Account sign-in

Password resets

MFA authentication

Changing or restoring access permissions

Tips for navigating the IVR system (automated phone support)

To help you navigate the IVR system more effectively, please refer to the guidance below:
