Emails I receive are always Spanish

the emails I get from Microsoft are always in Spanish. All my settings I see say English and Region Canada. How can I stop the spanish emails?

    To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Is it possible that your account has been hacked? Do you remember receiving any security alert before this happened?
    2. Do you currently have full access to your Outlook account (you can sign in normally and see your inbox and settings)?

    Just to double-check, please check your language settings under the "Your Info" page:

    Also, just to be safe, I’d recommend to sign out everywhere. Visit: https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional Scroll down to Sign me out and select "Sign me out".
