forgotten my microsoft account password which have ms office 2021 student product key

i forgotten my microsoft account password which is lock due to may attempt and not link any recovery id and number and it have my ms office 2021 product key which come with new laptop ,still i can check outlook of that account nothing else please help any option they send reset link to that account which need to password reset
