I received a weekly email last week, but not this week. According to Outlook.com, the email was "unsuscribed." How can I find the sender's email so I can add it to my "safe list"?

    Hi, I'm John!

Just to confirm, did you possibly click the unsubscribe link in the email body of one of their emails before?

In most cases, the only way to receive those emails again is to subscribe again directly from the sender. You can usually do this by visiting the sender’s website and signing up for their newsletter again.

If you still have last week's email, you can also open it and check the From address. Then you can add that address to your Safe senders list in Outlook:

Settings > Mail > Junk email > Safe senders.

If the issue persists, please provide more details by answering my questions.

Click "Add comment" below to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
