I am facing an issue with my **Microsoft Learn / **Microsoft Credentials profile.
My personal email ID appears to have two separate Microsoft Learn accounts. Because of this duplication, my Azure certifications are not visible in the credentials section when I log in.
Earlier I was able to download one certificate, but now I cannot see my certifications in either profile. I believe my certifications are linked to one of the duplicate profiles.
I kindly request you to merge the duplicate accounts into a single profile so that all my certifications appear correctly.
I can provide my email ID, phone number, candidate ID, and any other verification details if required.
