When filling signup form in Microsoft Q&A Product Champions program, it show to enter an email. But it should contain only numbers. How to fill that?

This is a form configuration bug in the Microsoft Q&A Product Champions Program signup form. The Email field is incorrectly set to require a numeric value, so it will not accept a valid email address.
There is no valid way to complete that field as shown; it needs to be fixed by the program owners. To proceed, contact the Product Champions team so they can correct the form and/or add you manually:
Once the form is corrected, enter a standard email address (not numbers only) in that field.
