Why won't microsoft address the public's issues on "slop"? Why use censorship instead?

With all the backlash against ai and bloatware that's in microsoft which has even revived a unfavorable nickname for the company, why does microsoft choose to double down on the slop and censor all speech calling it out? Is a huge, multibillion dollar company (which reports "surpassing $75 billion" in 2025) that insecure about a nickname it rightfully earned? And instead of censoring and making the situation look worse, why not

Address the issue and make better changes???

You definitely have the resources to do so.

(Note: why am I also now having to generate tags?? WTF?)
