Hi

Today I was writing AI-102 - Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution - English (ENU)

I almost in complete stage only in case study 6 questions pending, but exam ram into a issue and proctrator relaunched the exam

But it was waiting in the queue for more than 45 minutes and the queue count is still in calculating

So I closed and opened again and the access code is not working may be due to end of assigned time

Atleast if the exam results are published means I will proceed with further step, so kindly provide me a solution to overcome this problem

Contact Pearson Vue support https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact for issues when taking an exam

Because the exam session was interrupted and the access code no longer works, the situation must be handled by official support; neither the candidate nor the proctor can finalize results or restart the same session once it has expired.

    Take these steps:

    1. Collect details
      • Exam: AI-102 – Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution – English (ENU)
      • Date and approximate time of the exam
      • Delivery method: Online proctored via Pearson VUE (OnVUE)
      • Any case ID or incident number given by the proctor or Pearson VUE
      • Screenshots or notes about the error, the long queue wait, and the non-working access code.
    2. Contact Pearson VUE support
      • Explain that the online-proctored exam session encountered a technical issue, was relaunched, then stuck in the queue and eventually expired.
      • Ask them to confirm the status of the exam delivery (whether it shows as completed, abandoned, or interrupted) and whether a reschedule or retake can be authorized.
      • Pearson VUE is the only party that can verify the delivery status and, if appropriate, mark the exam as needing a retake.
    3. Contact Microsoft Certification/Credentials support
      • If Pearson VUE confirms the exam was delivered successfully but results are not visible, or if there is any discrepancy, open a case with Microsoft Certification support using the Microsoft Credentials support channel: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help
      • Provide all details collected in step 1 and any information Pearson VUE gives about the exam status.
      • Request investigation of the interrupted exam session and guidance on whether the result can be recovered or a free reschedule/retake can be granted.
    4. Check the certification dashboard for updates
      • Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile that was used to schedule the exam.
      • Go to the Certifications area and monitor for:
        • The AI-102 exam appearing under exam history.
        • Any posted score report.
      • If the exam does not appear after support has investigated, follow their instructions for rescheduling.

If the exam was cancelled or invalidated due to the technical issue, Pearson VUE or Microsoft support typically must reinstate the voucher or provide a way to reschedule. All decisions about publishing results or granting a retake are made by Pearson VUE and Microsoft Certification support, not by the proctor.
