Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi, I'm John!
Yes, you can cancel a Microsoft 365 Family subscription, but refunds are not always prorated automatically. It depends on where the subscription was purchased and the refund policy for your region. Please see: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/countries-with-prorated-refunds-for-microsoft-subscriptions-38c81df4-10c1-f3eb-8d2f-b04f980c435f
If you bought it directly from Microsoft, you can try cancelling it here: https://account.microsoft.com/services After cancelling, check if the "Turn off recurring billing and request a refund" option appears. If it does, you may receive a prorated refund.
Also, keep in mind that Microsoft 365 Business plans are separate subscriptions, so you would need to cancel the Family plan first before moving to a business plan.
