Paint is doubling the size of my image for printing. I can see that I am not the only person having this issue. I spent 5 hours yesterday with two different chat people and neither of them resolved the issue. 7099091820 this is my case number.

Hello Denise Fancher, welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand your situation. Don't worry, please try these steps:

    • Open your image in Paint
    • Click File (top-left)
    • Hover over Print and click Page setup
    • In the Scaling section at the bottom:
      • Select Adjust to
      • Set it to 100 (should read "100% of normal size")
      • Make sure it's not on "Fit to page"
    • Click OK, then test print.

    If still too large:

    1. Click ImageResize
    2. Choose Percentage (not Pixels)
    3. Set both to 50
    4. Click OK
    5. Repeat the Page Setup > 100% steps above and print

I hope this finally solves it for you.
