Hi, I'm John!
A normal Windows update should not fill hundreds of GB of space, so something else may be using the storage.
First, let's confirm what is actually taking the space.
Please check this:
- Go to Settings > System > Storage.
- Wait for it to calculate.
- What category is using the most space? (Apps, Temporary files, System & reserved, Other, etc.)
Also check this:
- Open File Explorer.
- Go to This PC.
- Right-click Local Disk (C:) > Properties.
Does it also show only about 2 GB free, or is the number different there?
Click "Add comment" to let me know.
Regards,
John J.D.
